4. Original payment receipts from the buyer’s account, stamped live by the sending bank

6. These receipts are the accepted proof that the property’s value was paid and transferred from the buyer’s account to the seller’s account
7. Two copies of the power of attorney for the citizenship application, granted by the investor to the law firm to submit the citizenship file and follow it up with the official authorities. The power of attorney is arranged through a notary public in Turkey
8. If the investor’s spouse is added to the citizenship file, a similar power of attorney must be submitted for each spouse, and a single joint power of attorney can be arranged for the client and their spouse
9. Passport translation into Turkish, notarized by a notary public in Turkey, for all family members: husband, wife, and children under 18 years of age

1. The Turkish citizenship-by-real-estate-investment application form, filled in capital Latin letters without omissions or errors, and signed by the applicant or their representative
2. If the husband applies for citizenship for himself and his children only, without the wife (in case of divorce), the mother’s consent must be submitted to grant her children under 18 Turkish citizenship (this document is not required if both spouses apply together, i.e. when a power of attorney is obtained from both the wife and husband)
3. Civil status document: marriage certificate or any other document proving the applicant’s status, whether single or married
4. Birth certificate or any other document proving birth information, such as a civil registry extract, for all family members (must include the names of both parents for each person)
5. Family statement document or family register
